From sorting all the flights hotels and Camper Van hire for over 3 months of travel.
We had a holiday of life time everything fell into place not one hiccup through out the entire trip due to the attention to detail well except us going off and leaving all our money and passports in the hotel safe deposit box!

We had a lovely week away the hotel was so clean there was no entertainment for the kids however it was relaxed and a very chilled atmosphere. The area was amazing we were very impressed and would definitively will be booking with you again as you tucked all the box’s. Thank you Charlotte for finding us the perfect week away.

Other than having to suffer the TUI flight experiences there and back (honestly a very uncomfortable and one star experience) the hotel, venue, food and drink, and not to forget the staff, were the best we have experienced in all our travels. For a 4 hour plus flight it is a pity there is no alternative to cattle class.

This hotel had all the wow factors. Once in a lifetime hotel. Probably would never have stayed in a Fairmont but if you’re having a holiday of a lifetime, it’s the one.

Just returned from Antigua having had a fabulous time there. I just wanted to thank Geoff and his team for the recommendation, arrangements and documentation, which arrived on time before departure.
The place is excellent with several restaurants, pools and sports facilities (water & inland) available. The room was maintained to a high standard with twice daily housekeeping visits. The drinks fridge and bar were also replenished daily and the drinks were of the premium type.
The staff were very welcoming, polite and accommodated our requests whenever possible. The food was excellently prepared and served to the correct temperature. Several restaurants meant that you could eat in a different one every day, only having to pre-book in two of them, to ensure you ate at your preferred time. The size of two of the restaurants were small which occasionally meant you had to wait to be seated but this was a minor inconvenience.
The resort was well maintained and the layout meant that you only had a short walk to the beach in any direction. The sandy beach was beautifully clean and the water sports facilities easy to access on the beach. The combination of sun, sea and sand together with the setting and facilities available means that this location is ideal for couples who want to get away for either a relaxing vacation or if you want an activity based holiday.
You can in effect lose yourself in your surroundings, yet you are only a stones throw away from others if you want a more social environment, as activities are scheduled throughout the day.
Overall, a fantastic holiday.
